A total of 60 parents take part in school initiated meetings – all throughout the two-year project – where they learn to have a constructive dialogue about school development, the learning and wellbeing of all children. Our aim is to become allies with the parents who, in turn, can bring skeptical or fearful parents closer to the school. It is hard to overestimate the importance of parents’ involvement in the school life, in activities aimed specifically at the children’s learning.

The leadership collectives of the school are supported in these active involvement of the parents by a community school facilitator.
