Inclusive Leadership was the training class that took place on the 19^th and 20^th October with representatives of the school leaders of six partner schools in rural Transylvania – Middle School no.1 Hotar (BH county), Middle School No.1 Dragu (SJ county), “Ioan Alexandru” Sînpaul Middle School (CJ county), Budacu de Sus Middle School (BN county), Șt. L. Roth Moșna Middle School (SB county) and Alțîna Middle School (SB county). The essentials of the training program “Inclusive Leadership” were:

The aims of inclusive education are participation, active involvement, and learning progress for all students.

We explored the concept of community school together, and its relationship with inclusive education, assuming leadership of inclusion processes the schools got involved into, leadership distribution, active and efficient parent involvement and of other stakeholders.
